Saint Luke's Crittenton Children's Center in South Kansas City, MO is seeking a Community Education Consultant to join their Community Programs & Prevention Trauma Smart team.

Trauma Smart is an innovative, evidence-based model of trauma-informed practice, utilized by family caregivers, educational environments, community agencies and workplaces to create safe, healthy environments for all individuals to learn, grow, and succeed.

• 40 hours, typically 8-5pm M-F, with 1-2 possible evening trainings as needed by contracted clients. Hybrid of remote work from office, home, and partnering site locations. The ability to travel monthly will occur with each of the assigned partnering sites to complete scheduled training and/or consultations. These partnering sites could be local, non-local (2-6 hours outside of KC), and/or out of state, requiring flights. There may be 3-5 traveling days per month if the partnering site is a non-local or out of state location.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Knowledge of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), early childhood, education, Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Spanish or other languages is a plus.

• Must have a clean driving record and applicable vehicle insurance
