Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Develop evidence-based clinical pathways to standardize nursing care delivery and ensure compliance.
- Provide leadership for continuous quality improvement of nursing practice by developing structures and processes to achieve preeminent patient, nursing and organizational outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and quality metrics using data driven decision making and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, federal regulations as well as accrediting bodies.
- Champion ongoing professional growth and provide mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a professional environment of continuous learning and accountability.
- Lead interdisciplinary committees and collaborate with hospital and physician leaders to drive clinical projects and initiatives.
Education:
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
• Master's of Nursing PREFERRED
Work Experience:
• 2+ years clinical nurse experience [Required]
• 2+ years leadership experience [Required]
