Job Description:
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm)
Develop evidence-based clinical pathways to standardize nursing care delivery and ensure compliance.
Provide leadership for continuous quality improvement of nursing practice by developing structures and processes to achieve preeminent patient, nursing and organizational outcomes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and quality metrics using data driven decision making and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to local, state, federal regulations as well as accrediting bodies.
Champion ongoing professional growth and provide mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a professional environment of continuous learning and accountability.
Lead interdisciplinary committees and collaborate with hospital and physician leaders to drive clinical projects and initiatives.
Education: • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
• Master's of Nursing PREFERRED
Work Experience:
• 2+ years clinical nurse experience [Required]
• 2+ years leadership experience [Required]
