Individual will report to the Director of Finance and will supervise the daily functions of Sr Analyst. The individual will assist in the preparation of the Companyâ™s annual budget process. The individual will take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Companyâ™s annual budget and quarterly forecast process
• Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget/forecast and month-end process
• Operate as Functional Admin for Oracle EPM and EPCM
• Develop, maintain, and produce monthly financial reports
• Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments
• Assist in the production and development of senior management monthly reporting package
• Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing process
• Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues
• Provide solid leadership and development for the finance staff.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelorâ™s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8-10 years experience of financial analysis and budgeting â“ accounting related experience is a plus
• 2-4 years of solid supervisory experience
• Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM or other large ERP Solution
• Experience in functional admin role and working with IT and Business on developing solutions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Healthcare experience is preferred

Hardware/Software:

• Experience with a budgeting system is required â“ Oracle EPM experience is preferred
• Experience with an accounting system is required â“ Oracle ERP experience is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills required (Pivots, Lookups, VBA, etc)
