The Provider Credentialing Specialist owns and is fully accountable for the end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment process for all providers at Ezra Medical Center. You will ensure timely onboarding and uninterrupted reimbursement by proactively managing applications, follow-ups, and approvals across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
What You’ll Own
• Complete credentialing lifecycle for all providers — initial through recredentialing • Payer enrollment and maintenance across all insurers — keeping providers active and billable • Monitoring provider payer status; investigating and resolving any terminations or gaps • Accurate, audit-ready provider files — licenses, DEA, board certs, malpractice, CVs • CAQH profile management for all providers • Expiration tracking and proactive renewals for all licenses and certifications • End-to-end workflow management in Monday.com • Telehealth provider credentialing including multi-state licensure • Primary point of contact for providers, payers, and internal teams
• Minimum 3 years of provider credentialing and payer enrollment experience • FQHC or multi-provider group practice experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, and commercial payer portals • Telehealth credentialing experience a plus • CPCS or CPMSM certification preferred or willingness to obtain • Strong follow-through, detail orientation, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines • Monday.com or similar workflow tool experience
