Oversees and provides educational needs of the Peri-Operative areas.
- Coordinates new employee orientation.
- Develops clinical orientation pathway and timeline.
- Mentors and monitors progress of new and existing employees. Provides feedback in a constructive way.
- Maintains documentation of TM education records including competencies, progress, and goal setting.
- Provides ongoing development/continuing education.
- Uses a multi-disciplinary approach to foster inclusivity.
- Completes introductory evaluations in a timely fashion.
- Adheres to policy and procedure and acts as a resource for team members.
- Actively participates in local and system education initiatives, peri-op fellowship program and policy development following AORN standards.

Hackettstown Medical Center has been providing care to the community since 1973, primarily serving Warren, Sussex and Morris Counties in New Jersey. From preventive services and outpatient testing, to care for minor injuries and life-threatening illness, we offer a wide range of services to keep our local population healthy.
