Clinton Memorial is seeking an Office Lead - CMA or LPN
The Office Lead (CMA or LPN) supports the organization?s mission & vision and works in alignment with the core values and guiding principles.Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, the Office Lead oversees and manages the daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the management of all resources including but not limited to staffing, supplies and provider schedules to ensure efficiency.
Serves as a superior role model, maintains a high level of professionalism and works cooperatively and effectively with patients, family members, co-workers, practitioners and service vendors to ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform all medical assistant and receptionist job duties in order to effectively manage all aspects of the practice.
Work closely with the GI physicians and APPs to relay test results, follow up recommendations & importance of colo-rectal cancer screening to patients on a regular basis.

Qualifications
·High School Diploma or Equivalent
·Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting Certification Program
·Current state of Ohio Practical Nursing License or Medical Assistant Certification
·2-3 years of experience working as an LPN or CMA in a medical office, hospital or ASC
