In this role you will:
Plan, prepare, and direct dietary activities in licensed areas of a health care facility.
Establish appropriate interpretation of physician orders for therapeutic and special diets and review the preparation and service of these diets.
Select, train, and evaluate Dietary Service's staff including cooks, dietitians, and incarcerated workers.
Inspect food facilities for compliance with sanitary, safety, and housekeeping standards.
To excel in this role, you should have:
One year of experience working in a hospital setting as a registered dietitian
And Education: Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
