Position: Food Administrator I

Location: Centinela State Prison, Imperial, California

Annual Salary: $87,912-$110,076 per year

In this role you will:

• Plan, prepare, and direct dietary activities in licensed areas of a health care facility.
• Establish appropriate interpretation of physician orders for therapeutic and special diets and review the preparation and service of these diets.
• Select, train, and evaluate Dietary Service's staff including cooks, dietitians, and incarcerated workers.
• Inspect food facilities for compliance with sanitary, safety, and housekeeping standards.

To excel in this role, you should have:

One year of experience working in a hospital setting as a registered dietitian

And
Education: Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
