DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Sr. LVN is responsible for coordinating patient flow, assist the lead LVN to adjust medical assistant/LVN staffing and performing associated nursing services. This includes checking in rooming patients, interviewing patients, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, completing intake questionnaire with patients or family members, recording services in patient charts, uploading scans. Interact with ALS clinic and Neurology clinic staff, patients, faculty, Therapists and residents to maximize patient care, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction.
