DescriptionThe Operation Mend Program Team is seeking a full time Patient Navigator II who will provide clinic and administrative support for the Operation Mend program. Major duties include: Coordination and scheduling of new and follow-up patient consultations, appointments, labs, surgical procedures, and scheduling for Operation Mend. Collaboration with UCLA physicians, social workers, and clinical care teams to optimize the continuum of care for patients suffering psychological and/or physical injuries.
