DescriptionSummary:Plans, organizes and operates food preparation, presentation and delivery to all Clinical Areas. Recruits, schedules, evaluates, and managers all of the Food Services employees who work in the patient services area. This includes the tray line, floor stock, diet office and all hostess employees. Establishes and maintains departmental programs, systems, and procedures in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. Ensures that the highest level of food standards are maintained for our patients and their families.
