Job Description The Director has 24 hour accountability, authority, and responsibility for quality of services, operation management, and human resource management for an assigned environments . This position has management responsibilities for the department of Quality Resources. The Director is responsible for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a structure of quality management including medical staff quality management , which promotes the organizational goals and vision of quality health services.
