AMGA’s current national health campaign, Rise to Immunize®, is a six-year campaign that engages health systems, medical groups, partners, and sponsors to increase routine adult vaccination rates. A successful Associate will help coordinate and execute campaign tactics to help drive immunization improvement. This position will also help plan, develop, launch, and execute the next national health campaign (topic to be determined).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a campaign content calendar for AMGA, Foundation, and campaign publications.
Draft content for campaign monthly newsletter and AMGA and Foundation publications to foster campaign engagement and awareness.
Create campaign-related social media content for AMGA channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
Support the evaluation component of the campaign, to include distributing data reporting reminders for quarterly reporting, maintaining data reporting contacts, and recognizing high-performing groups.
Conduct outreach and follow-up to campaign participants via email and telephone regarding various campaign activities-including participation in focus groups, Annual Conference events, and annual campaign observance-and document progress.
Help plan and develop end-of-campaign materials (e.g., video, print, web) to capture best practices and foster campaign sustainability.
Conduct research and planning for development of materials, reports, and new initiatives.
Draft reports, summaries, and presentations to sponsors, grantors, members, campaign committees, and other stakeholders.
Support activities for development of the next national campaign-including but not limited to topic identification, advisory committee engagement, branding, campaign toolkit development, website and web content creation, launch event planning, health system and medical group recruitment and enrollment, partner identification and engagement, and sponsor benefit fulfillment.
Maintain membership database with campaign-related information (e.g., participating groups, group points of contact, change in membership status).
Provide support for special projects as developed under the campaign.
Other duties as assigned to support the National Health Campaigns team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, with 2-3 years of relevant experience desired
Superb project management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly, and be responsive to emerging needs
Experience conducting outreach and follow-up via phone and email
Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Very strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Follows direction closely and produces timely, error-free work
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with strong formatting skills required
Experience working in a database to input/update data as well as extracting information desirable
Proficiency in webinar (e.g., Cisco WebEx platform), CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Nimble for Salesforce), and website platforms (e.g., Kentico) desirable
Light lifting of boxes and materials may be required at conferences and events.
