JOB SUMMARYThe Sterile Processing Tech Coordinator is responsible for the allocation and completion of assigned functions by staff in the department. This position will serve as a team lead and ensure adequate staff coverage to complete the decontamination and assembly process in order to maintain availability of instruments, scopes and equipment to meet department needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLECoordinates sterilization schedules to meet the daily operating room (OR) needs.
