Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesOpportunity to join our well-respected Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) team that provides anesthesia services for patients requiring surgery and any other procedures requiring an anesthetic. This position will provide care in our downtown Seattle location, Virginia Mason Medical Center.

- CRNA's are eligible for additional opportunity compensation annually (up to $10,000), pro-rated for FTE.
$240,300 - $263,800 Salary Range (based on experience). Additional comp for clinical and engagement metrics.
Job Requirements- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
- Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures
- Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations
