OverviewThe Patient Relations Specialist, RN serves as a liaison between customers, patients and/or their families and WakeMed Health & Hospitals to align personnel and resources to best meet the patient's real-time needs. The Specialist will also work retrospectively to address complaints/grievances received post-discharge and attempt to make service-recovery as well as foster process improvement based on patient concerns.
