Job SummaryFull Time Day 8am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday; REQUIRES: Certified Medical Assistant AND 2 years related experience; prior neurology or patient navigation experience preferred.Job DutiesProvides direct patient care and clinical support for physicians and other providers in the outpatient setting while coordinating patient care to maximize satisfaction and experience. Functions as an integral member of the healthcare team under the direction of the provider, serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and administrative personnel to ensure effective communication and smooth transitions of care. Performs clinical duties, supports administrative processes, and develops efficient patient navigation procedures to optimize access and utilization.
