Description Become part of an inclusive organization with over 40,000 teammates, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the unique communities we serve.Summary:The Program Manager will be assigned to support the Hospital Compliance or Physician Compliance Department.  Under the supervision and direction of senior leadership, the Program Manager implements the essential elements of UNC Health?s systemwide Compliance Program, such as educating and training teammates, investigating actual or potential misconduct, conducting audits, monitoring ongoing risks to the organization, and developing policy guidelines.Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to: facilitating management responses to audit findings, coordi
