Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Full Time/Benefit Eligibility

In this role you will:
* Prepare and sort patient requisitions, and identify and interpret data to be entered into the information system.
* Research available websites for missing patient insurance information and contact referring physicians' office for missing patient demographics or insurance information.
* Adherence to CAP, CLIA, State Regulations, HIPAA, Safety and OSHA Regulations.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of clerical procedures.
* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
* Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Skill in using computer programs and applications.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
