SummaryThe function of the Inpatient Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Registered Nurse is to provide - direct - and supervise the delivery of quality nursing care to a culturally diverse veteran population of varying complexity in the Spinal Cord Injury and Multiple Sclerosis in inpatient setting. The SCI RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. Assesses - plans - implements - and evaluates care based on age specific components.QualificationsBasic Requirements:English Language ProficiencyIn accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f) - no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English
