Overview

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collegial and patient-focused Internal Medicine team in Mountain Home, Idaho. The APP will work closely with one physician in a team-based care model, providing comprehensive care for adult patients. Experienced needed.

As internists, we focus on the whole patient, offering preventive health checks, early diagnosis and treatment, and long-term management of chronic conditions. Our broad scope of services includes cardiovascular, kidney, gastrointestinal, neurological, endocrine, and pulmonary care, as well as support for cancer, infections, allergies, depression, and skin disease.

This clinic plays a critical role in a rural community, giving providers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient health outcomes and to build strong, meaningful relationships with patients and families.
