Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Position Highlights:
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s Labor and Delivery departments unprecedented growth and success over the last few years. Opening less than 10 years ago, the Labor and Delivery Department at Community Hospital has experienced consistent year over year delivery growth and in 2024 the department delivered a record 605 babies.  2025 isn't slowing either, with 545 deliveries year to date as of mid-October 2025.  As the service line continues to grow, we are actively looking for an additional Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join this fast paced and growing service line.

This Position Includes:   

• The NNP would join a group of 3 experienced Neo-Natal Nurse Practitioners     
• 24 Hour Shifts, but coverage can be provided from outside of facility, with travel to the department when requested.    
• Group supports a growing Level I Labor and Delivery Department.  
• Competitive Base Salary of $1,800 per 24-hour shift with planned annual increases, and potential for additional shift compensation.

Benefits & Compensation:

This positions compensation is $1,800 per 24- hour shift.  (Full-Time is considered 9 full shifts per calendar month) 

Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
