OverviewThe Team Leader, Patient Scheduling Rep will enjoy interacting with patients and healthcare provider offices on the phone and through messages to schedule patient appointments. The Team Leader, Patient Scheduling Rep will accurately perform administrative duties required for scheduling patient appointments, including managing inbound and outbound communication, selecting correct appointments, and entering demographic and insurance information. The Team Leader, Patient Scheduling Rep will also manage scheduling/referral work queues, serve as a mentor for scheduling representative peers and assist with training new employees.
