Position SummaryThe Patient Placement Coordinators role is the front line of our hospital. You will be the voice, eyes and ears of our families and providers wanting information about the services PCH can offer. This role encompasses having a vast array of knowledge of the internal functions of a hospital; being an educator in communicating to those who are wanting to know more about PCH; as well as using the skills as an RN to direct the patient/physician to the appropriate resources. Incumbent will take calls dealing with highly complex medical cases, and we require a minimum of 4 - 5 years of critical care experience in order to provide the best care for those calling in with complex medical issues.
