We are looking for an APP that embodies that philosophy! Our team in Cardiology specializes in the following: Services: ?Non-invasive, general Cardiology ?Participate in the care for patients in an outpatient clinic in conjunction with physicians ?Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests ?Plan and coordinate follow-up with patients ?Provide routine diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative care ?Educate patients about preventative care, medical issues and use of prescribed medications
