Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group is on the lookout for an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist to join its dynamic 7-physician MFM team in Tampa, FL.

Thrive at Work and at Home: The practice is geared towards a mixture of quality care and quality personal/family time. This will be reflected in the number of patients seen per day and the strong interpersonal relationships between the clinicians.
Diverse Work Environment: Enjoy a mix of office and hospital-based work, covering 4 hospitals and multiple office locations, all without delivery service.
Collaborative Support: Work alongside our affiliated OB Hospitalist and Neonatology teams at St. Josephâ™s Womenâ™s Hospital, featuring a 76-bed Level-IV NICU and 24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage.
Extended Coverage: Provide care to patients at Advent, Morton Plant, and Meese Countryside Hospitals, including a high-risk clinic operated in conjunction with Baycare Health.
Flexible Call Schedule: No obstetrical deliveries, with a 1:6 call rotation for hospital consultations and ultrasound coverage, typically on call 5 times a month and once every 6th weekend.
Collaborative Relationships: Enjoy a strong partnership with a highly qualified team of fetal echo certified ultrasonographers, OBGYNs, Midwives, Neonatology colleagues, and hospital partners to deliver outstanding local perinatal care.
Academic Engagement: Take advantage of the opportunity to teach with the new OB/GYN residency starting at St Joseph's Women's Hospital on July 1st, 2026.
