Supervisor Multispec Sonographer
JOB SUMMARYThe Supervisor, Multispecialty Sonographer is responsible for assisting the Management team in the supervision, planning, organizing and improvement of work processes in the department. Performs department orientation, teaches, coaches, supervises team members as well as performs imaging exams in the modalities that they supervise. Assures the organization?s vision, mission, values and goals are adhered to. Recommends and assists in development of policies and procedures to comply with regulatory organizations and Baylor Scott & White Health philosophy.
