OverviewThe Patient Insurance Representative will help patients seamlessly navigate complex billing, financial and insurance workflows. The Patient Insurance Representative is responsible for coordinating with physician practices and insurance companies to obtain authorization for scheduled surgeries and procedures. The Patient Insurance Representative will accurately perform administrative duties required to work work queues, provide estimates, confirm insurance, secure authorizations, answer billing questions and collect payments.
