The Chief of SPS serves as program manager for the Reusable Medical Devices (RMD) Program. Serves as technical and program advisor and consultant to management, professional staff, and other elements of the medical center providing oversight of sterile processing department. The SPS Chief is relied upon by all program elements to provide authoritative advice and guidance in planning programs as they relate to SPS and RMD.
