The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within Ambulatory Care is responsible for observing, recording, and reporting concerns or changes in patients conditions. The LPN works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and reports to the Clinic Coordinator while adhering to the LPN scope of practice, the Nursing code of ethics and local, VISN, and National Directives. This position is located at the Cedar Rapids Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
