Unbilled Analyst
The Unbilled Analyst plays a key role in the Bon Secours Charity revenue cycle management process by monitoring and working unbilled accounts that are past the established coding/billing target goal. The unbilled work queue is the tool by which accounts are identified as outside the coding/billing target. This position assists with the Medical Staff notification and suspension process for each facility. The Unbilled Analyst facilitates the flow of missing medical record documentation to the coders to ensure charts/accounts are coded timely.
