SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Administer accurate ionizing radiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school degree or equivalent 
• ARRT Certification Radiation Therapy 
• Minimum one (1) year experience post ARRT certification 
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Aria 13.6 or greater preferred
• Varian Equipment including proficiency on TrueBeam preferred
• CT Simulation experience preferred
• Brachytherapy experience preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience post ARRT certification preferred
• Bachelor?s degree in an approved program of radiologic technology or health care field preferred
