In this key role, you
will provide advanced analytical support to UCLA Health Performance Strategy
and Analytics. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking on complex projects that
require advance analytical skill and business intelligence practices.
Organizing analytics teams to
collect standardized and consistent information.
Providing support for the
clinical dashboards, performance improvement-related information to
committees and groups, analytics support for setting and tracking clinical
goals in collaboration with senior executive leaders, and analytics
support on projects related to the development and execution of
performance strategies and objectives.
Mentor and participate in
curriculum building for training junior team members in the department.
Work effectively with minimum
supervision as part of a team and work productively with the department
staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient
work systems.

Qualifications
We’re
seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented, independent professional with:
Advance skill on in Tableau,
SQL, R, Python, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint
10+ years of experience in
clinical data analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures
Highly advance analytical and
quantitative skills
Strong critical thinking and
problem solving skills
Strong project management
skills
Excellent understanding of the
industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare
reform
Must have the ability to work
in a fast-paced and creative environment
Ability to think
"outside-the-box" and be creative to accomplish departmental goals
Ability to prioritize work and
remain detail oriented
