Working in collaboration with the attending physician, the nurse practitioner performs medical acts in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, # 301.152, Texas Occupations Code and Medical Practice Act, # 157.051- 157.060.Minimum QualificationsGraduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current, valid license to practice nursing in the State of Texas. Completion of an accrediting Nurse Practitioner program (Family, Geriatric or Pediatric).
