Continuous Improvement Lead (Utilization Management)
OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Lead provides high quality and cost-effective process planning, improvement, and project management for major initiatives related to external provider management. This role will primarily focus on process analysis, time and cost studies, process simulation, process and productivity improvement in healthcare prior authorization and network management settings.Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions -Process Planning and Improvement: Coordinate integration of process improvement approaches across organization. Focusing on external provider management systems and processes. Facilitate use of data to identify opportunities to improve compliance with regulatory requirements.
