JOB SUMMARY: Supervise hourly staff in food preparation, assembly and service to patients and retail customers. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School or GED2. Work Experience : 3 years in food or hospitality service3. Management Experience: 1 year in food or hospitality as Senior Worker, Lead or Supervisor4. Equipment Operated: Oven, Steam Cookers, Meat Slicer, Deep Fat Fryer and GrillSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.
