Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse at Newton Medical Center to work in our Emergency Department, per diem, varied shifts. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:ED nurses specialize in assessing, intervening and stabilizing variety illnesses with decisive action. Candidate must have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. The nature of the emergency room requires RNs to handle complex, rapidly shifting and fluid situations. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population serv
