Requirements for Emergency Department Tech Role
Graduate of accredited program, graduate of non-accredited program + min. 3 year experience. Must be current and within the past year. Home health care and corrections facility experience are not applicable for this position.
High school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following combinations:
If not a graduate of program, must be certified through taking an examination
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required to be completed within 30 days of start.
Respiratory therapy as needed (training provided)
In house lab and pharmacy services as need (training provided)
Please note you will be asked about your COVID vaccine status at the time of your interview. Medical and religious vaccine exemptions may be allowed with approval. Professionals with vaccine exemptions will require weekly PCR testing. Cost for testing is the professional's responsibility.
