The Tier I Shared Service Center Associate serves as the point of contact for the Shared Service Center (SSC) within their area or specialty or assignment. The Shared Service Center Associate is responsible for receiving, routing, resolving, and properly closing all Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) HR inquiries within their specialty or assignment in an accurate and timely manner.
