The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a new role on the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of the organization. The COO will manage a broad portfolio that will enable him/her/them to have a tremendous impact in delivering quality behavioral health and social services to the 45,000 people The Jewish Board serves each year across New York City. The COO will work in a leadership dyad with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), a social worker, which is a structure common in hospital service lines. The COO and CCO will share goals and jointly oversee the programmatic/clinical functions.
