Under direction from the Revenue Integrity Team Manager, this role is responsible for updating and maintaining a consistent and compliant Chargemaster as well as assisting with the daily activities and technical leadership within the Revenue Cycle Support team. Will work closely with the operations team (IT, Finance, Team Managers, Coding Managers, Clinical Departments, etc.) to intake, evaluate, and execute support requests from ServiceNow. Responsible for routine scheduled Chargemaster updates (Fiscal year pricing, yearly coding updates, routine audits).
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or a related field plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC, CPC-A, CCS-P)
Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
