Assistant Vice President of Strategic Planning's primary responsibility is the development and coordination of strategic and business plans for the evaluation of new and existing services/markets for all entities of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF). Ensures initiatives are reflective of the priorities of BHSF. Communicates analyses and recommendations to senior management. Works with management and entity administration to develop implementation plans and monitoring mechanisms to ensure future program/service evaluation.
Required Education: M.B.A or M.H.A. Degree.
Minimum Required Experience: At least 7 years direct health care strategic planning and market development experience.
