Responsible for providing high quality customer service to all people needing information or access to the institution and to greet patients, family members, employees, and visitors in a manner that demonstrates concern and results in a positive encounter and first impression of the institution. Perform tasks in support of other PPAS teams as time permits.
**This is a temporary position lasting for approximately four to six months**
High school diploma or equivalent required. 6- 12 months of customer service experience required. Excellent communication skills and computer skills required. Healthcare, healthcare insurance and medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
