Work Commitment Periods require a six (6) month initial work assignment for first time participants and returning Seasonal RNï¿½s and are generally scheduled from September 1 through May 31. However, other time periods may be designated by Carondelet Health Network. Depending on specific unit needs, a (14) week initial contract may be executed as determined by Human Resources and the hiring department Director. A formal orientation program
SALARY ? $40 per hour with or without medical coverage
? Health coverage is available for associate and/or family at an additional costAn entry and completion bonus is offered in addition to a generous monthly housing stipend for those outside a 75 mile radius of Tucson.
Qualifications: LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Required: Valid current Arizona Nursing License or valid Compact license if primary residence is not in Arizona. BLS and other as noted in Attachment A for individual departments.
EDUCATION: Required: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
WORK EXPERIENCE: Required: Must have functioned in an RN role for a minimum of 1 year.
