Manages customer service projects with a focus on project planning, project tracking, implementation, and reporting.Fosters quality customer service to internal and external clients and utilizes leadership skills to increase efficiency in operations. Leads Customer Service Representatives in handling special projects such as HRA, HIPAA Designee and Secured Messaging. Assists with Customer Service Interface and IVR development of enhancements, implementation, testing and deployment.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Customer Service Division in its efforts to provide quality service to customers.
Works under the supervision of the Manager, Customer Service Operations.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business or health-related field required. The appropriate mix of education and experience may be substituted for the Degree.
Minimum two years managed care experience and/or managing a health insurance customer service team or equivalent required.

Work is typically performed in an office environment
