Provides administrative, operations and technical systems support services to the GHP sales team across all regions. Serves as sales department and interdepartmental liaison / primary contact or point person for the facilitation and execution of all relevant operations and technical duties, as assigned by various sales management staff. Interfaces and participates in the administration of the entire spectrum within the GHP sales function from a professional support perspective.
Position reporting is multi-fold depending upon the assigned role, but ultimately, position reports directly to one member of the sales department management team.
Competencies and Skills:
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft software programs including Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, GroupWise email and other pertinent Intranet tools.
Ability to learn and use ONYX sales database, ACom 3 commission payment system and plan wide system platform, AMISYS.
Demonstrates sharp organizational, written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and function effectively under frequent time constraints.
Demonstrates the ability to compile and analyze data.
Demonstrates the ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Demonstrates responsive, accurate and courteous customer service and effective human relations skills

Education / Experience:
Two to four years related business experience required with operations and support background. Exposure to managed care insurance operations, preferred.
One year of direct managed care experience acceptable in lieu of two-four-year related business experience.
Pennsylvania Accident & Health Insurance license must be obtained within 9 months from date of hire
