JOB SUMMARY: Works with research faculty and imaging scientists to develop analysis protocols for neuroimaging research studies. Independently conducts analysis on complex, multi-subject, multi-level neuroimaging studies. Trains faculty, staff, students, and postdoctoral fellows in neuroimaging analysis. Co-authors papers resulting from research.
Conduct appropriate analyses for complex, multi-subject, multi-level MRI studies.
Requires familiarity with variety of imaging software programs and operating systems (Linux, UNIX, etc.).
Requires skills in structural morphometric analysis, multivariate analysis, biostatistical analysis approaches to the research data, in addition to other analytical approaches (which are continually being developed/updated).
Provide reports on analyses to principal investigator and assist with identifying any problems in methodology, results, etc.
Contribute to research publications
Participate in reviewing and editing materials for publication
Conduct literature and library searches and oversee data collection programs
Develop reports of results, graphs, charts, tables, etc. of research findings
Assist principal investigator in preparation of grant applications and contract proposals
