The Rehabilitation Manager functions under the direction and supervision of the Director of Therapy and assumes responsibility for the Therapy Department. The Rehabilitation Manager in collaboration with the Director of Therapy and leadership team assists to implement, interpret and assure compliance with policies and procedures including regulatory and accreditation standards. The Rehab Manager directly supervises therapists and other co-workers as assigned. The Rehab Manager is responsible for implementing hospital goals and objectives based on budget parameters. The Rehab Manager reinforces the mission and vision of the hospital in all interactions.
Graduate of accredited therapy program. PT, OT, SLP with current licensure in the state. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of previous therapy management required.
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.
