Provides assistance and support to Administration by performing various confidential secretarial, administrative and assistant responsibilities for the CEOand other members of the administrative team including managing and organizing the administration offices.
B.S. / B.A. degree or equivalent education/experience; Typing at 45+ wpm, transcription, and word processing/computer knowledge; Demonstrated effective communication skills; Three to five years of progressively responsible secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting; Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure; Excellent judgment and the ability to anticipate issues likely to occur; Must be customer and service focused while supporting a professional environment that minimizes distractions; Typing certification 45+wpm; Excellent written and oral communication is essential; Must be able to produce, edit and construct error free written communications; Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position; Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook is required; Ability to interact on the Internet, work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and coordinate the needs of several staff at a time is required
