Nemours is seeking an Casual/Part time Ultrasound Technologist to perform general ultrasound exams in a pediatric setting. Individual must have the interpersonal skills to manage stressful situations with children and families. ARDMS preferred, or must become registered with the ARDMS within 1 year of hire. -Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams on pediatric patients including general, MSK, and vascular. -Follow practices to acquire the highest quality images possible and present to the radiologist. -Once trained, must be able to work independently and prioritize patient work load throughout the hospital. -Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to utilize with fellow team members and our patients. -Demonstrated ability to be sensitive and courteous to the patient and family.
