Occupational Therapist PRN Days

| POSITION SUMMARY: The occupational therapist conducts a comprehensive evaluation including the interpretation of documentation, evaluation of occupational therapy tests including functional and activities of daily living tests, and other relevant tests to be able to establish a plan of care. The Occupational Therapist teaches proper performance of ADL s, body mechanics, functional mobility, therapeutic exercise, home exercise program and use of assistive devices. Applies modalities according to the correct procedure being aware of contraindications and precautions.
Qualifications:
Education: Current State of South Carolina license.
Experience: One affiliation in acute care preferred. Pediatric experience preferred.
Other Qualifications: Current BLS certification.
